CEP is a 501 c(6) non-profit, non-partisan group founded in 2004. We were one of the first groups in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area that organized businesses to support practical solutions to today's most pressing environmental challenges -global warming and air pollution.

We are based in Rockville, MD, but have members in Maryland, Virginia and DC. Our goal is to encourage development of positive environmental business practices.
